Health Check
General Health Check €200
This involves a consultation and blood test with the doctor who will take a full medical history and perform a full medical examination. You will be asked a series of questions to help identify any developing health problems which you may or may not be aware of and any risk factors you may have for developing disease in the future. You will be asked to provide a urine sample for urinalysis.
Your Health Check would usually be performed in the morning between 8.30am – 1.30pm. Please fast 12hrs before appointment time.
You will be asked to make a follow up appointment to discuss your results and be given advice on any further investigations, lifestyle changes or treatments which may be needed.
Blood tests routinely include:
- Full blood count
- Cholesterol and lipids
- Glucose – checks for diabetes
- TFT – thyroid function test
- Renal or kidney function
- LFT –liver function test
